Longevity Medical Aesthetics – 24-hour Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Longevity Medical Aesthetics you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled, and we ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list.

Please call us at 250.586.1883 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
